This is an amazing piece of software not because of what it does but because of how easy it is to install.

I LOVE THIS APP!! I was having issues with the apps crashing and songs not converting successfully with other softwares but it has been a great experience since I started to use NoteBurer. it is just simple to use. What I liked most about NoteBurer is that it preserves the original quality of the songs.

NoteBurner has helped me so much in this new year. I have recently been hospitalized in a mental hospital due to depression, and they have offered me the opportunity to bring an mp3 to listen to music. Now, all my music is on Apple Music, and an mp3 cannot have the spotify app, so I downloaded sidify to convert all my Apple Music songs and playlists and put them on my iPod, and it has helped me so, so much. Music therapy is one of the most useful for me, and thanks to NoteBurner I have been able to reconnect with music and myself.

When attempting to install NoteBurner onto a new computer, I realized that I had lost my registration key that I had previously purchased years prior. I emailed in a request to get a new code. Instead, I was given a new code within the hour. Late on a Monday night, as well! Amazing customer service!

I have used NoteBurner for around 7 years now. I have found it to be the best Suite of Audio Converter Software around. Currently using to create backups on a USB pendrive in FLAC Lossless format, ostensibly to play in the car, thus overcoming Apple propensity to prevent any non-Apple-connectable playing audio from your Apple Library. I can recommend and commend this to you.

It is as simple as opening up the program, clicking add, and then clicking convert. The converted files will go wherever you decide, and from there, it is as simple dragging and dropping to your iPod. Not to mention their customer service is also top notch!

I bought the software 5 years ago and I have been using it to convert music since then. It works very well, it is stable, easy to use and to set with many options for the conversion output.
