NoteBurner provides the free trial to all of our product for users to try it out. Before you purchase the full version of a program, please download and take try on it to see whether it meets your needs.
Once an order is made, the purchase cannot be reversed. If you are not satisfied with the product, here are few important things to keep in mind when applying for the refund of your purchase:
Accepted cases
You are eligible to apply for a refund under any of the following circumstances:
- You accidently purchased the same product which you already had, one of them can be refunded.
- You purchased a wrong product but then purchased the right one within the refund period, the wrong order can be refunded.
- No registration code received after placing an order, and no response from the customer service within 24 hours.
- Technical issue with a software that our technical support team can't provide a fix within 30 days.
- You are charged for the renewal payment after you have cancelled the auto-renewal on a subscription (screenshot proof for the cancellation required).
Unaccepted cases
We cannot process any refund request under the following circumstances:
- Did not read the product description carefully before purchasing, and results in dissatisfaction with the product functions/compatibility.
- Did not receive the registration code but never asked our support team for help before requesting a refund.
- You bought a wrong product and then bought the correct product from another company. Or you bought a wrong product but did not submit a refund or exchange request to the correct product during the refund period (5 days or 30 days, depending on your license type).
- Dissatisfied with the price you paid (e.g. claiming the price differences with other companies' products).
- No longer subscribe to the streaming media services such as Spotify, Apple Music.
- Changed your mind after purchasing.
- You encountered the software problem, but refuse to provide any information or cooperate with our customer service for further troubleshooting.
- Your order has exceeded our maximum refund period.
- Your subscription was automatically renewed but you did not ask for the refund within 5 days.
- A refund request for no reason.
Details on refund period
- We offer the refund within 30 days from the date of purchase for NoteBurner lifetime license.
- We offer the refund within 5 days from the date of purchase for NoteBurner subscription-based plan (1-Month & 12-Month).
Once the order is refunded,
- Please uninstall the software on your computer.
- Your license will be disabled.
